Having compared and analysed property ownership / investments types across jurisdictions to find the best return on investment for over a decade, he has figured out the traps (to avoid) and treasures of investing. It has now become a passion for Marcus to share these findings and learnings widely.

Over the past 13 years, Marcus has built a thriving property portfolio, with his first three Australian properties alone doubling in value over the last decade, and averaging 8.4% rental yield.
